SIRAC is hiring a Family Peer Support Worker! We're looking for someone with lived experience as a parent or caregiver who has navigated the DCFS system and is ready to support others walking a similar path. If you believe in the power of peer connection, family resilience, and community healing, this position is for you.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide peer support and mentorship to families at risk of or involved with the child welfare system
✅ Help families navigate resources and build on their strengths
✅ Use your lived experience to offer empathy, encouragement, and advocacy
✅ Collaborate with a supportive team to promote family well-being
