The mission of the Southern Illinois Resource and Advocacy Center, a 501c3 non-profit organization, is to create positive change for all. The vision of the Southern Illinois Resource and Advocacy Center is to compassionately respond to the needs of under-resourced and vulnerable individuals, children, and families across southern Illinois. We strive to empower our community through education, empathy, and awareness.
