We collborate to assess your needs and we walk alongside you to navigate the healthcare system together. Our priority is to connect people with resources, and advocate for quality care to empower their recovery journey.
Community Resources
Our organization seeks to bridge the gap between community need and available resources. To achieve this, we no-cost case management services help connect people with essential resources like financial assistance, food assistance, and housing support. We also maintain a small in-house food bank that can be used by anyone. Our goal is to empower people to achieve stability and wellness.
Recovery Support Services
We wholeheartedly believe that recovery from trauma, mental health, and substance use is possible. To support recovery in our communities, we provide no-cost recovery support services to empower people and build resilience. We are committed to unwavering support and advocacy to help people thrive beyond their past or current experiences.
