Grants & Capacity Building Manager

📍 Location: Remote
💰 Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (commensurate with experience)

SIRAC is looking for a Grants & Capacity Building Manager to support funding management and nonprofit growth—both within our organization and for the rural communities we serve. If you're passionate about helping grassroots organizations secure funding, build sustainability, and expand their impact, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Grant Management & Compliance – Oversee budgets, reporting, and funding compliance for SIRAC and consulting clients.
✅ Capacity Building & Nonprofit Support – Help small nonprofits strengthen infrastructure, policies, and financial sustainability.
✅ Collaboration & Impact – Work directly with rural organizations to increase access to critical funding.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2+ years of experience in grant management, nonprofit finance, or capacity building.
✔ Strong knowledge of grant writing, reporting, and nonprofit financial management.
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✔ Experience working with rural or grassroots organizations is a plus!
